Undecided, feeling sick or under the weather and just here for a one time consult? Book a virtual visit to discuss your medical needs. The virtual visit will last about 20 minutes long and will be conducted through Google Meet.
To secure an appointment, you will need to have a credit or debit card on file and a $50 NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT that goes towards your chosen program and is required.
We kindly ask for a full 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations can be made by email, by phone, or text. Failure to comply with our 48-hour cancellation notice policy will result in the loss of a deposit.
The deposit provided can be redeemed against any of our membership plans, or kept in your file to serve as a deposit for a future appointment when re-booking.
Although discovery call is free of charge, we do require a holding deposit of $50 to secure any type of appointment that requires medical consultation and advise. This is to reduce no-shows and maximize appointment availability for our existing clients. Once the consultation has been attended, deposits will count towards the type of visit that was booked or membership plan that was chosen.
