Do you accept insurance?
Our DPC model is designed to be insurance-free to provide transparent pricing and avoid the complexities of insurance billing. However, some services, like lab tests, may be reimbursable by insurance, and we can provide documentation (super bill) for you to submit a claim.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards and bank transfers. At checkout, you will have the option to choose your preferred payment method.
Cancellations/ Rescheduling and No-show Policy?
Ikigai Health & Weight Loss eClinic enforces a 24-hour cancellation policy. Any cancellations or reschedules made within less than 24 hours will incur a $50 late-cancellation fee for non-emergent cancellations. To respect other patients and our providers, we kindly request that you promptly notify the office if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Where are your primary service locations?
We offer telehealth services to our patients physically located at the time of their scheduled appointment within the State of California. For our patients who are in Washington, Guam and Nevada, please follow our social media pages for further announcements.
Do you have a subscription service?
We offer monthly membership service on our direct primary care, weight loss, women’s health, functional medicine, and thyroid optimization services. We also have “Ala Carte” services for our clients who are only needing one-time visits.
How will I get my medicine?
After your initial consult, we will decide on what medications will be best for you. Your provider will prescribe and order your medications and they will be delivered directly to your preferred mailing address.
